Ha um ano tive a oportunidade de participar do workshop "The Basic Neurocellular Patterns" com Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen em Berkley, na California. Foi um dos melhores momentos da minha vida, o entendimento que Bonnie possui do nosso corpo humano, a conexao corpo-mente-espirito, eh impressionante. Foi um privilegio estar proxima a ela durante cinco dias. Este ano, 2014 comecarei meus estudos no programa oficial de educador somatico do Body Mind Centering em Paris. Tentarei fazer os modulos em diferentes cidades do mundo, pois tenho o habito de nao parar em um lugar so. Gratitude Bonnie!!! Namaste

It's been one year that I had the great opportunity to participate in the workshop "The Basic Neurocellular Patterns" with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen in Berkley, California. It was one of the best moments in my life, the knowledge Bonnie has about our human body, the connection body-mind-spirit, it's impressive. It was a privilege to be so close to her during five days. Finally this year, 2014, I star the official programme somatic movement education in Paris. As I don't usually stop in one country, I'll do the hole programme in many different cities.
